XINKAIYUAN / DYEING & FINISHING

A process matched to your fabric.

Fibre composition comes first. Shade, hand feel and performance are developed around it.

Two dyeing routes. One agreed specification.

Cationic dyeing

For cationic-dyeable polyester (CDP) and suitable mixed constructions. Two-tone possibilities depend on the yarn combination and dyeing process.

Disperse dyeing

For regular polyester and compatible polyester-rich blends. The process is selected for the substrate and shade.

Functional finishing

Share your target use, test method and performance level. Water repellency, waterproofing, FR and blackout are different requirements.

Approve the details before bulk production.

  1. Fabric & quantity

Composition, yarn/construction, GSM, usable width and quantity per colour.

  2. Shade & sample

Physical colour standard, approved lab dip, hand feel and finish.

  3. Acceptance criteria

Agree shade tolerance, fastness test conditions, dimensional requirements and defect acceptance.

  4. Packing & shipment

Roll length, labels, packing, destination and shipping terms.

Three separate timelines.

Sample / lab dip lead time

Confirmed after the substrate, colour standard and sampling requirements are available.

Production lead time

Depends on greige stock or custom weaving, quantity, colour approvals and finishing. Confirmed with the order.

Shipping / transit time

Quoted separately for the destination, route and service. It starts after dispatch.
